Meatloaf
Ingredients
Ground Beef
1 pound
Breadcrumbs
1/2 cup
Onion Powder
2tsp.
Salsa-Holics Salsa
1/2 cup(Mild, Med, or Hot)
Egg Beaters
1/4 cup
Chili powder
1tsp.
Tobasco sauce
2tsp.
Catsup
3TBSP
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Combine ground beef, bread, onion powder, Egg Beaters chili powder, Tabasco, & Salsa in medium bowl
Shape meat mixture into a 4x6-inch loaf
Place into an un-greased 8x8-inch baking dish
Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until done (160°F in center)
Drain excess drippings
Spread Catsup over top of meatloaf
Bake an additional 10 minutes
*4 servings. Adjust accordingly
